The First
I’ll be looking to give a good overview of the what has happened over the month, notify of what is coming up, maybe go through some of the techniques or experimentations I’ve done over the month. There might be Tips & Tricks, if there is someone who asked me, start documenting process or techniques, to have my own resources. Or whatever else I find is worthy of discussing month to month.
If there is suggestions as things go forward I look forward to checking out the emails. These will be placed in the Blogs section of my website and have the last current blog on the homepage.

I think firstly I should talk about the launch of this website. The goals about it and just how I intend to use it.
First and foremost, this website is my Portfolio and preferred method of contact for business inquiry. It is also where I intend to as you’ve read above make blog posts and some more documentation about what I do as a creative.
This is my first time blogging and having a custom website to show my work and give more info about myself, so please bear with me. I’ll need to make an about me page and there should be one by the time this is published if there isn’t one then I’ll get to it as I am able.
In short however I have been creating for over the past 5 years within 3D and in VR. You’re able to see some of my work in my Gallery.
VRChat
The Platform VRChat is where I have started my 3D journey and where has lead me to where I am now. Prior to getting into VR my creative journey was in digital painting and I was looking to do illustrative works for book covers or video games. I started taking commissions for illustrations and that side gig of work lasted around 3 years.
During that time I got motivated to try out VR and purchased my first headset in Dec 2017 with the Oculus Rift CV1 where I instantly jumped into the various games and the one that I had my eye on for some time VRChat.
This is where I start my 3D journey in full force even though I had a friend trying to get me into 3D a few months or so prior to my starting VRChat.
For those who are reading this and don’t know what VRChat is, VRChat is an online virtual world platform where you can interact online with people from around the world, with a focus but not required use of Virtual Reality gear. VRChat is community created and the plethora of content for the game is made by users of the platform. It was here that I started to learn about the requirements to make my own avatars, and eventually Worlds.
I can confidently say that because of the freedom of creativity, the userbase, and excitement that VR has brought me is the foundation of what makes me want to continue doing this work. Over the past 5 Years, 3 of which I’ll consider my early start to 3D I’ve dedicated thousands of hours learning and improving my 3D skills and have still have much more to learn and grow. It is precisely because there is so much to learn and so much that I’ve come to enjoy with creating in 3D that I’ve dedicated so much of myself towards it.
In the last 2 years I’ve come to take commissions, Such as Tumbleweed Junction and build my own worlds such as Residual and ETHOS
I’ve gotten to collaborate on many VR community projects such as Obsidian Garden, StarParty, and CONCRETE. Of which I’m still actively participating it.
It is due to these communities and to VRChat in general that I’m creating and making what I do.
This Month
As it is the first month that has passed and being US based, this month has been quite the struggle, I won’t go into politics here and will keep things strictly to revolving my work.
That being said, What I have done for this month.
- I’ve created and published this website, refactored to a more workable solution for myself.
- I’ve been working on two commissions the details of which in overview located at my Kofi. Project Blackout and Minata’s Gallery.
- I’ve started making use of Productivity trackers and more personal note taking
- I’ve written this Blog post!
In future posts I likely will change the formating or how I present things or the topics I discuss. I can’t currently think of anything else to write about that isn’t already posted somewhere else,Please check them out sometime! I have a lot of other things left to do today so i’ll be stopping here.
